 "Sathyam Shivam Sundaram"

#Shiva - he is creator, he is operator, he is destroyer.
His serpent and drum represents the creation. Shivas drum signifies sound of life which almost relates to Bing Bang theory of science. According to Vedic scriptures from the "Omkar" everything begun to beget. Omkar has three words of three qualities A U M means Generator, Operator, Destroyer. Westerners called in short as "GOD".
Shiva Purana says all sounds and alphabets emerged from the sound of drum i.e., "DAMARU".
His trident represents destruction, as black holes in Cosmos. Black hole never emits back which consumed by its swirl, thus whoever killed by trident that person or animal won't get rebirth only salvation.
His eyes represents the dawn and dusk. Left eye belongs to night and right eye belongs to day, middle third eye symbolizes knowledge and fire of either side to create and destruction.
River Ganga on his head tells us how he loves to nurture the life on Earth by letting her flow in systematic way. He also tells us energy of nature must be controlled with love and respect .

His skull's garland tells mortality of life. Shiva become immortal by conquering the death, so he got name "Maha Mrithyunjaya".

Jingling bells and drum sounds makes all souls soothed by their rhythmic sound waves.
Garland of Rudrakshas acts like healing herbs to the mankind. Crescent moon represent as enlightenment of evolution .

I share my opinion whatever gathered from our ancestors as short as possible on above caption

"Sathya Shiva Sundar ".

Sathya -" truth".

Shiva realise us the truth of life, joy of birth and the sorrow of departed soul. He shows sweetness of life via success of any thing it may joy of love through goals we achieve and he also make us experience the bitterness of failure, pain of betray.

Shiva- " auspicious "
Though he have good & bad elements in him, how could be he is auspicious? Strange know? All though he plays role of ultimate destroyer, First he protects innocents.

In initial stage he tries to erase our ego through the experience or knowledge of vedanta, if the person shows smartness or arrogance then he punishes as per his/her Karma.

Shiva's role of destruction is not on hatred or jealous, it's for the way of new creation. If we really regrets on our deeds Shiva gives them new chance and makes their sins wash away.
When we surrender to him he not only take care of this life but for our next birth too.
If person seriously needs salvation he helps them to achieve it via Vedantic knowledge and he enlighten them .
Shiva is also time. there will be night and day that's why he called as Mahakaal. He can give bunch of Eclipse to any lavel of evil,
Also brighten life for righteous one who is in deep dark . This is how he makes our life auspicious .

Sundar -beautiful one
Via his wife prakruti (mother nature ), he makes world beautiful to life but we humans taken granted for us only. He is sun who gives beautiful rays with lot of hidden energy which contains vitamins too. Sunrays plays major role on earth's environment. He also plays as moon with soothing cool light. Moon influence on all the beings especially on minds. Moon movement influences on earth environment also.
Shiva is not only beautiful he is complete with his Prakruti all way of stars, planets infinity of galaxies.

Great poet Kuvempu said in his poem, "Without Shivas vison poet is blind, Shiva is the eye of every poem and all the Literature".

In Mahavishnu writen Shiva Sahasranama, Mahavishnu dicribed him as "Brahmand hrjati - every star and planet and their rays are his hairs so every visible and non visible being in this Cosmos including dusty particles to colossal stars are part of Shiva.

That's why in Mahabharata @ anushasan parva Lord Krishna says, no one can completely explain Shiva tatva in this universe including me. Its Lord Krishna's own words.

Maharishi Valmiki said about Shiva "Rudraya apratim roopaya"- Unmatchable god.
